I had not been back to the store since the holidays and just went back recently, only to find the cutest little scented satchets. The designer is based out of Calabasas, CA (Irene Hirose). These are fabuolous to tuck into drawers or shoe closets(which I did). Now when I open up my shoe closet door, it really smells like flowers. Maison Paradi, has so many styles by this designer, it's definitely one to check out the next time you are at the Americana! Add Comment I LOVE LOVE LOVE Elvis! My husband took me to the show, since they are not going to have it around much longer. We thought the show was ok but what made it super cool was all the personal footage that the show played in the background to the music! I'm so glad we went..THANKS HONEY! **Muah xoxoxoxo! The food was REALLY good. Presentation was A+. Price...WAY overpriced for what it is. ALthough we might go back for the HAPPY Hour menu :) This restaurant was just so-so. Not a place that I would go back to. Great place to go for nibbles with some gf's cheese, tapas and wine!! One of our favorite local eateries in Los Feliz. Although Koreatown is like 15-20 minutes away..with LA traffic..it's just too dang long. Especially after a day of my long commute from Los Feliz into Century City. I saw the cutes car a couple of weeks ago and had to share it with my readers. Looks at what someone did to their Beetle!! It's alive!!! So CUTE!! Is it strange to everyone why we stand at Papyrus or any card store reading through all the cards written by other people, just to find that perfect card that expresses exactly how we feel about the one we love? I was thinking that when I went to go pick up a card for my honey...but when I got this card with cupcakes on Valentine's Day - I realized why we do what we do...LOVE you HONEY! xoxoxoooooo This is one of our most favorite korean breakfast places, here in Los Angeles (Koreatown). Suh Lung Tang is a beef broth with really thin white rice noodles and thin slices of beef. I really go for the kimchi and moo, it's the best I've ever had! We love this place. Don't judge the place by the way it looks, it is really small inside and can seem cramped but it's totally worth it for the food. I just tried the kalbi tang recently and Mmmmm Mmm it was good. I'll have to take pics on my next visit since I was too busy filling my stomach to take snapshots the last time I was there. My sis-in-law LOVES the spicy soup that comes with a bunch of veggies and clear noodles, it's called Yook Gae Jang. Nonetheless, my in-laws are coming to town in March, so we better get ready to eat tons of soup and rice during their stay in Los Angeles :). XoXo, j This is your new blog post. Click here and start typing, or drag in elements from the top bar. This is korean brand foundation. I found out about this while ago from a colleague of mine who is chinese. She said that when she went to Taiwan, all the girls were crazed about it. We had scoured the internet and then I thought, hmm..I live in LA, why not go to a korean make-up place in koreatown and see if they carry it..and they did! SCORE! I do love it. It goes on smooth and provides an even skin tone, and best of all it has SPF! Like everything else I use. You only need a little bit! On the official Missha website this product costs $45.99. **hint (I did see it on Amazon for a little less) :) xoxo, |
